Optimal Living, what is it?
The focus of this blog is to address how an optimal life results from focus in 4 major areas of daily living. What make this complicated for most people is that the balance between these four areas keeps shifting with our age, circumstances, priorities etc. This means that it requires a constant shift in our focus to keep everything in balance at any given time. Therefore Optimal Living is only possible when balanced on the 4 pillars of health! Emotional, Financial, Physical, & Spiritual Health.
To understand how we address these pillars, we will need to comprehend the way mankind was designed to live. Ultimately though, it is a life lived with passion, longevity which we all desire, is a major part of optimal living and they both go hand in hand. This is where spirituality becomes so essential. That is why I call it the foundation of Optimal Living.
